Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old to use VibeCV. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use VibeCV to upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to attempt to access accounts or systems without permission. You must not introduce malware, interfere with the service, or perform automated scraping or extraction without permission.

Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account to create documents unless you have a written agreement with us.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant VibeCV a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service. The VibeCV service, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, or used to create competing products without permission.

AI features

AI outputs are generated from the information you provide and may not be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system can be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

Third-party services and links

VibeCV may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Stripe and Groq. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to their terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Refunds

If you are a UK consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights. Refunds are otherwise provided only when required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the request.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using VibeCV at any time. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership and liability provisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive authority.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an update on the site or by email.
